Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not upload, post or distribute:

• Content depicting or promoting any form of criminal conduct, including fraud, theft, assault, trafficking, or hacking.
• Content involving, sexualising or endangering individuals under the age of 18 in any form.
• Content depicting individuals under the age of 18, including simulated, animated, or AI-generated depictions.
• Content depicting bestiality, necrophilia, or any other act that is illegal in the jurisdiction where the Content is created, distributed, or viewed.
• Content portraying non-consensual sexual acts or other non-consensual acts, "revenge porn", or hidden-camera material.
• Content displaying or glorifying real or simulated violence, injury, sexual violence, coercion, or physical harm, other than consensual role-play between verified adults that complies with this Policy.
• Content related to or promoting, soliciting or facilitating prostitution, sex trafficking, or escort services.
• Content related to, promoting or facilitating the sale or use of illegal drugs or controlled substances without authorisation.
• Content promoting or facilitating the sale or use of weapons or explosives.
• Content related to or promoting dangerous activities.
• Content violating any local, national, or international law.

All Content must be consensual, compliant, and created by persons who are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in the jurisdiction (country or state) where the Content is created, whichever is higher.

The following are strictly forbidden:

• Any depiction where consent is absent, coerced, or cannot be verified.
• Content involving intoxicated, unconscious, or incapacitated individuals.
• Deepfakes or synthetic media depicting real identifiable individuals without their verified consent.
• Fetish content involving extreme bodily fluids, injury, medical procedures, or acts deemed unsafe or degrading.
• Sexual acts performed in public without necessary permissions or consent of all present.
• Incest or incest-themed roleplay (including step-family themes), or similar acts restricted by payment-processor or regulatory guidelines.

Fannilla™ prohibits any Content that:

• Promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Harasses, (cyber)bullies, threatens, or degrades individuals or groups.
• Encourages, glorifies or facilitates suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.

Users must respect the rights and privacy of others. It is prohibited to:

• Upload or distribute copyrighted or trademarked materials without proper authorisation.
• Post personal data of any person (such as ID documents, addresses, or contact details) without consent.
• Impersonate others or use manipulated media (e.g., deepfakes, AI face-swaps) in breach of the AI-Generated and Synthetic Content section.

The Following is prohibited:

• Content encouraging or facilitating off-platform payments or communication intended to bypass or circumvent Fannilla™'s systems.

The following is prohibited:

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading schemes or content (including "get-rich-quick," pyramid, or crypto-scams).
• Misuse of referral systems, engagement-farming, or artificial traffic generation.
• Automated posting or bot-generated messaging without Platform approval.
• Attempts to mislead other Users or manipulate the integrity of the Platform.
• Unsolicited advertising, or unauthorised content.
• Falsely claiming endorsements, sponsorships, or partnerships.

The following is prohibited:

• AI-generated, deepfake, or synthetic media Content relating to visual Content (photos/videos), except for customary edits that do not alter the identity, age or body of the depicted person (e.g. lighting, colour correction, cropping, standard filters).

The following is prohibited:

• Content that spreads demonstrably false information likely to cause harm or public confusion.

Users may not:

• Promote unverified medical, therapeutic, or health claims.
• Advertise tobacco or related products (e.g. e-cigarettes), illegal products, weapons, food (including nutritional supplements) and drinks, products containing alcohol, or products relating to (online) gambling or betting
• Encourage unsafe, harmful, or life-threatening activities.
• Provide instructions on circumventing security measures, age verification, or geo-blocking.

Advertising Content may not:

• Be offensive, pose a threat to public health, or violate the public order.
• Damage the confidence in advertising or appeal to a feeling of fear or superstition.
• Be dishonest, misleading or unfair.

Ensure that your Product sales comply with relevant laws, including consumer protection. Don’t sell, advertise or promote any Products that are illegal or violate applicable laws.

Do not engage in deceptive sales practices that violate the rights of consumers, such as false advertising, price manipulation, or fraudulent representation of Products.

Do not sell Products that you do not have the legal right to resell, or Products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Don't sell Products that are unsafe, harmful, or potentially dangerous to consumers.

Any Content that violates our AUP will be subject to removal.

• For less severe violations, we may impose a temporary suspension of your account. During this period, you will not be able to access or use Fannilla™. The duration of suspension will be determined based on the nature and severity of the violation.
• Repeated or severe violations of our AUP may lead to the permanent termination of your account. This means you will no longer have access to Fannilla™, and your user profile and all associated Content will be permanently removed from the Platform, subject to our legal retention obligations.

In cases of significant violations, especially those involving illegal activities, we may take legal action against the responsible user. This may include civil or injunctive proceedings and reporting the matter to the competent authorities, as permitted under applicable law.

In cases of prohibited use or violations of our AUP, Fannilla™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any earnings or revenue generated through the platform, to ensure the relevant users do not benefit financially from their actions. The specific consequences will be determined by Fannilla™ in a diligent, objective and proportionate manner. We will inform you of our decision and the reasons for it, and you can appeal the decision via our Complaints Policy.
