Last updated: September 2026

This Cookies Statement applies to the website and platform of Fannilla B.V. (Fannilla™).

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit our website. These cookies allow Fannilla™ to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, and improve your overall user experience.

We use cookies to ensure our platform functions properly, to enhance security, and to give you a smooth, personalized experience. Cookies also help us understand how visitors use our platform so we can continually improve its performance, usability, and content relevance.

Below, you can read more about the cookies used on our platform and the purposes for which they are used.

Cookies for necessary and (limited) analytical purposes, such as ensuring security, detecting errors and technically delivering content, are necessary for the proper functioning of the platform, to measure its use and to improve our services. Only strictly necessary cookies and privacy-friendly analytical cookies are placed without consent; all other cookies (including Google Analytics and Sentry Session Replay) are only placed after you have given consent. For the purpose of tracking and marketing, cookies are only used if you have given your consent. By giving consent for one or more of these purposes, you also consent to (i) distinguishing your device from other devices based on information it automatically sends, such as an IP address or browser type, and (ii) combining data from offline data sources with your online activities (including linking data collected online to your account information for the stated purposes when you are logged in).

These cookies are essential for the proper operation of Fannilla™. They enable you to log in securely, make payments, and store your preferences (such as language or privacy settings). Without these cookies, certain parts of the platform may not function correctly.

Examples include:

• Session management cookies (to keep you logged in)
• Security and authentication cookies (to prevent fraud and unauthorized access)

We use analytical cookies to measure and improve the performance of Fannilla™. These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our platform and which pages are popular, where users spend time, and where they might experience issues.

We currently use:

• Google Analytics to collect and analyze detailed information about how visitors use Fannilla™. This includes data such as pages visited, time spent on each page, device and browser information, and approximate location. Google Analytics helps us understand user behavior and improve the functionality, performance, and marketing effectiveness of our platform. Data collected through Google Analytics may be processed and stored by Google in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. Google may transfer this data to the United States on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• We also use Sentry Session Replay to find and fix technical errors. It records a sample of sessions (10%) and every session in which an error occurs. Keystrokes and content are masked; recordings are only made with your consent.

With your consent, we use tracking cookies to create a profile of your interests and show you relevant content or promotions. These cookies help us tailor recommendations and improve the relevance of your experience on Fannilla™.

These cookies are only placed after you have given your consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie settings on our site.

Fannilla™ includes buttons and links to social media platforms such as Instagram and X (formerly Twitter). When you interact with these buttons, the respective platforms may place cookies to collect information about your activity.

Fannilla™ does not control these cookies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these platforms to understand how they handle your data.

• Session cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser.
• Persistent cookies remain stored for a defined period (up to 2 years) or until you delete them manually through your browser settings.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time via Cookie settings at the site and you can manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. Most browsers explain how to adjust cookie preferences in their “Help” or “Privacy” section.

Please note that disabling cookies may affect certain functionalities and reduce your overall experience on Fannilla™.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data collected via cookies. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy or contact us at privacy@fannilla.com.

The text and content of this page may be amended at any time. This may happen, for example, because there are changes to the cookies we use or because the rules around cookies change. We recommend that you consult this page regularly for the latest version. In the event of important changes, we will inform you and, where necessary, ask for your consent again.

These cookies are essential for the proper functioning and security of Fannilla™. They enable core features such as logging in, maintaining sessions, and ensuring safe navigation.

We use these cookies to collect information about how visitors use Fannilla™. This helps us improve performance, design, and usability.

With your consent, we use tracking cookies to analyze marketing performance and show relevant content to users who have visited our platform before.
