- •Don't use deceptive tactics to boost engagement;
- •Don't flood the platform with misleading content;
- •Don't engage in unsolicited advertising or unauthorized contests;
- •Don't impersonate others or provide false information;
- •Don't falsely claim endorsements, sponsorships, or partnerships.
- •Mark your Content as advertisement when you are advertising;
- •Don't promote tobacco products or related products (e.g. e-cigarettes), illegal products, weapons, food and drinks, alcohol, online gambling;
- •Don't not be violate public order;
- •Don't be offensive or pose a threat to public health;
- •Don't damage the confidence in advertising or appeal to a feeling of fear or superstition;
- •Don't be dishonest, misleading or unfair.
- Consequences of prohibited use
- •For less severe violations, we may impose a temporary suspension of your account. During this period, you will not be able to access or use Fannilla™. The duration of suspension will be determined based on the nature and severity of the violation.
- •Repeated or severe violations of our AUP may lead to the permanent termination of your account. This means you will no longer have access to Fannilla™, and your user profile and all associated Content will be permanently removed.
- Reporting Violations
Welcome to Fannilla™! We are committed to maintaining a positive and safe environment for all users. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)sets out the rules and guidelines for using our platform. Please read it carefully to understand your responsibilities and the standards we uphold.
This AUP applies to all users of Fannilla™, including Fans and Creators. By using Fannilla™, you agree to comply with this AUP. In this Policy, defined terms have the same meaning as in our Terms of Use.
At Fannilla™, we value freedom of expression, but we also have a responsibility to maintain a safe and inclusive platform. Below are some clear examples of what is not allowed (i) in general and (ii)specifically in relation to Products.

Product Rules
When selling Products on our platform, follow these guidelines:
Ensure that your Product sales comply with relevant laws, including consumer protection. Don’t sell, advertise promote any Products that are illegal or violate applicable laws.
Do not engage in deceptive sales practices that violate the rights of consumers, such as: false advertising, price manipulation, or fraudulent representation of Products.
Do not sell Products that you do not have the legal right to resell, or Products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Don't sell Products that are unsafe, harmful, or potentially dangerous to consumers.
At Fannilla™, we take the enforcement of our AUP seriously to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users. Failure to comply with this AUP may result in a range of consequences, including:
Any Content that violates our AUP will be subject to removal.
In cases of significant violations, especially those involving illegal activities, we may take legal action against the responsible user. This can result in civil, criminal, or injunctive proceedings as deemed necessary by applicable law.
In cases of prohibited use or violations of our AUP, Fannilla™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any earnings or revenue generated through the platform, to ensure the relevant users do not benefit financially from their actions. Please understand that the specific consequences for each violation will be determined by Fannilla™ at its sole discretion.
