This Privacy Policy applies to our Platform and any other services or products we provide (the Services). Applicability

This Privacy Policy is provided in addition to our Terms of Service that govern your use of our Platform. The use of our platform is intended for individuals of a certain age. This age limitation may vary per territory/state. Anyone under the permitted age is not allowed to use our Platform. You will be requested to confirm that you are of the legal age required, and to verify your age by making a credit card transaction of $ 0,10.

First name, last name, username or similar identifier, third-party social media account username, tax identification number, date of birth, gender, government-issued picture identification and selfie photo.

Residence, email address, and telephone number(s)

Financial Data

Payment method and financial data (such as credit card and/or bank account information), billing address, information related to your wallets (transfer of funds, transactions, balances), pay-out country, corporate or business entity (if registered for tax purposes), social security number (for US Creators only) or other relevant tax information.

Transactions Data

Creator: earnings, pay-out requests, payments made to your account, payments made from your account to other Creators, any failed payments. Fan: payments made from your account to Creators, any failed payments.

Technical Data

Internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, Internet Service Provider (ISP), time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access Fannilla™.

Content Data

Photos, videos, or other digital content uploaded to Fannilla™, including metadata that is provided with that content.

Account Data

Username and password, avatars and headers of your account, your subscriptions, subscribers and referrals, posts, comments, chat messages with other users, customer support queries, your interests, preferences, feedback, purchases and orders.

Competent Authorities

Fannilla™ discloses personal data to law enforcement authorities and other public authorities to the extent required by law or strictly necessary for the prevention, detection or prosecution of criminal offenses, fraud or copyright infringement.

Transfer

We may transfer personal data to third parties in the event that Fannilla™ is subject to a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of business units or bankruptcy. In this caseFannilla™ will ask for your prior consent, if this is required under applicable law.

If the above organizations are regarded as processors under the GDPR, Fannilla™ will enter into a data processing agreement with them. In that case, processing of personal data will only take place on Fannilla™’s instruction and under our responsibility.

Fannilla™’s services are managed and operated from the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
