Rules and requirements for uploading content to our platform.

Introduction

This Upload Policy sets out the rules, requirements, and procedures that apply to all Creators when uploading Content or offering Products on the Fannilla™ platform (the Platform). This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Purchase & License Agreement.

By uploading any Content to the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Upload Policy in full.

Pre-Upload Requirements

Before uploading any Content, you must confirm and be able to demonstrate each of the following.

Age Verification

You are at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction (country or state), whichever is higher).
All individuals depicted in your Content are at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction (country or state), whichever is higher) at the time the Content was created.
You have verified the age of each depicted individual by inspecting a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, national ID, driver's license).
You retain copies of the relevant identification documentation and will provide these to Fannilla™ upon request.
Each person depicted has been verified by Fannilla™’s age and identity verification process (or is a verified Creator) before the Content is published.

Consent

You have obtained the explicit, informed, and freely given consent of every individual who is depicted in or identifiable from the Content.
Consent covers both (i) being depicted in the Content, and (ii) the public distribution of that Content on the Platform.
You hold written documentation evidencing such consent and will provide it to Fannilla™ upon request.
Consent can be withdrawn. If a depicted individual withdraws their consent after upload, you must notify Fannilla™ immediately at abuse@fannilla.com and remove the relevant Content without delay.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

You are the sole and exclusive owner of all rights in the Content you upload, or you hold all necessary licenses, consents, and waivers to upload and distribute that Content on the Platform.
Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity.
You may not upload Content created by, or featuring the intellectual property of, a third party without their explicit written authorization.

Compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257

Where applicable, you certify compliance with the record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all uploaded Content depicting sexually explicit conduct.
You agree to make such records available for inspection upon lawful request.
Note: This requirement applies primarily to Creators who are subject to US jurisdiction. Non-US Creators are encouraged to maintain equivalent records in accordance with their local laws.

Pre-Upload Declaration

At the point of upload, you will be required to confirm the following declarations. This is a mandatory step and cannot be bypassed:

I confirm that all individuals depicted in this Content are at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age in my jurisdiction (country or state), whichever is higher) and have provided their explicit consent.
I confirm that I own the rights to this Content or hold all necessary authorizations to distribute it.
I confirm that this Content complies with the Fannilla™ Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and all applicable laws.
I confirm that this Content does not depict or promote illegal activity, non-consensual acts, violence, or harm.

Technical Upload Specifications

All uploads must meet the following technical requirements. Content that does not meet these requirements may be rejected automatically or held for manual review.

File Size and Quantity Limits

Maximum file size per upload session: 20 GB.
Maximum number of photos per upload: 100.
Maximum number of videos per upload: 4.
Maximum number of audio files per upload: 4.
There is no fixed maximum duration for video or audio files, subject to the 20 GB per session limit.
Uploads that exceed these limits will be automatically rejected.

General Quality Standards

Content must be accurately described at the time of upload. Misleading titles, descriptions, or thumbnails are not permitted.
Content must be in good technical quality. Corrupted, unintelligible, or severely degraded files will be rejected.
Thumbnails must accurately represent the Content.

Content Standards at Upload

All Content uploaded to Fannilla™ must comply with the following standards. These requirements apply at the point of upload and remain in force for as long as the Content is hosted on the Platform.

Permitted Content

Adult content (nudity and sexually explicit material) involving verified adult individuals who have given explicit consent.
Creative, artistic, and editorial content consistent with the Terms of Service.
Advertising Content, provided it is correctly marked as an advertisement at the point of upload and complies with Article 12 (advertising) of the Terms for Creators in the Terms of Service.

Prohibited Content

The following categories of Content are strictly prohibited and will never be permitted on the Platform:

A. Minors

Content involving, sexualising or endangering individuals under the age of 18 in any form.
Content depicting individuals under the age of 18, including simulated, animated, or AI-generated depictions.

B. Illegal or Criminal Activity

Content depicting or promoting any form of criminal conduct, including fraud, theft, assault, trafficking, or hacking.
Content depicting bestiality, necrophilia, or any other act that is illegal in the jurisdiction where the Content is created, distributed, or viewed.
Content portraying non-consensual acts (including non-consensual sexual acts), "revenge porn", or hidden-camera material.
Content displaying or glorifying real or simulated violence, injury, sexual violence, coercion, or physical harm, other than consensual role-play between verified adults that complies with this Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Content related to or promoting, soliciting or facilitating prostitution, sex trafficking, or escort services.
Content related to, promoting or facilitating the sale or use of illegal drugs or controlled substances without authorisation.
Content related to, promoting or facilitating the sale or use of weapons or explosives.
Content related to or promoting dangerous activities.
Content violating any local, national, or international law.

C. Sexual Content and Consent

Content depicting sexual activity where consent is absent, coerced, or cannot be verified.
Content involving intoxicated, unconscious, or incapacitated individuals.
Deepfakes or synthetic media depicting real identifiable individuals without their verified consent.
Fetish content involving extreme bodily fluids, injury, medical procedures, or acts deemed unsafe or degrading.
Depicting sexual acts performed in public without necessary permissions or consent of all present.
Depicting incest or realistic incest-themed roleplay (including step-family themes), or similar acts restricted by payment-processor or regulatory guidelines.

D. Hate Speech and Harassment

Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Content depicting harassment, (cyber)bullying, threats, or degrading individuals or groups.
Content encouraging, glorifying or facilitating suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.

E. Intellectual Property and Privacy

Uploading or distributing copyrighted or trademarked materials without proper authorisation.
Posting personal data of any person (such as ID documents, addresses, or contact details) without consent.
Content impersonating others or using manipulated media (e.g., deepfakes, AI face-swaps).

F. Payment Communication

Content encouraging or facilitating off-platform payments or communication intended to bypass or circumvent Fannilla™'s systems.

G. Fraud, Spam and Deceptive Practices

Content with fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading schemes (including "get-rich-quick," pyramid, or crypto-scams).
Content misusing referral systems, engagement-farming, or artificial traffic generation.
Content with automated posting or bot-generated messaging without Platform approval.
Content attempting to mislead other Users or manipulate the integrity of the Platform.
Content with unsolicited advertising, or unauthorised Content.
Content falsely claiming endorsements, sponsorships, or partnerships.

H. AI-Generated and Synthetic Content

AI-generated, deepfake, or synthetic media Content relating to visual Content (photos/videos), except for customary edits that do not alter the identity, age or body of the depicted person (e.g. lighting, colour correction, cropping, standard filters).

I. Misinformation

Content that spreads demonstrably false information likely to cause harm or public confusion.

J. Health, Finance and Public Safety

Content promoting unverified medical, therapeutic, or health claims.
Content advertising tobacco or related products (e.g. e-cigarettes), products containing alcohol, food (including nutritional supplements) and drinks, weapons, illegal products, or online gambling or betting.
Content that is offensive, poses a threat to public health, or violates the public order.
Content damaging the confidence in advertising or appeal to a feeling of fear or superstition.
Dishonest, misleading or unfair Content.
Content encouraging unsafe, harmful, or life-threatening activities.
Content providing instructions on circumventing security measures, age verification, or geo-blocking.

Collaboration Content

If your Content features another person (a Collaboration), additional requirements apply in addition to those set out in Section 4.2 above. You must comply with Article 11 (Collaborations) of the Terms for Creators in the Terms of Service in full.

All individuals depicted in a Collaboration must be verified as being at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction (country or state), whichever is higher).
Each person depicted has been verified by Fannilla™’s age and identity verification process (or is a verified Creator) before the Content is published.
Written consent must be obtained from each depicted individual prior to upload.
Where the Collaboration involves another Fannilla™ Creator, you must tag the relevant Creator at the point of upload. The Collaboration will only be published once the tagged Creator has accepted.
Creator Earnings from Collaboration Content will be evenly split between all participating Creators, unless they have agreed a different split via the Platform, as specified in the Terms of Service.

Screening and Review Process

All Content uploaded to Fannilla™ is subject to a pre-publication screening process before it becomes visible to Fans.

Automated Screening

Upon upload, Content is automatically screened using AI-assisted detection tools to identify potential violations of this Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Content that passes automated screening may be published immediately or held for further review, at Fannilla™'s discretion.

Human Review

Content flagged by automated tools, or that falls into categories requiring additional scrutiny, will be escalated to human reviewers.

Content in a “pending review” status will not be visible to other Users until the review is complete.

Fannilla™ aims to complete human review within 2 business days. You will be notified of the outcome.

Post-Publication Review

Fannilla™ may also review Content after it has been published, for example following a user report, complaint, or detection signal.

Content found to be in violation of the Fannilla™ Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or this Policy after publication will be removed and you will be notified in accordance with the Notice and Action Policy.

Metadata and Labelling

You must accurately categorize and describe your Content at the point of upload.
Advertising Content must be explicitly marked as an advertisement at the point of upload. You will be asked to confirm this before submission.
Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate metadata (including titles, descriptions, categories, or tags) is a violation of this Policy.

Payment outside the Platform

You may not request, accept or direct Fans to payments outside the payment methods offered on the Platform.

Consequences of Violations

Uploads that violate this Policy may result in one or more of the following consequences, as determined by Fannilla™ in its sole discretion and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy and the Terms of Service:

Immediate rejection or removal of the Content without prior notice.
Suspension of your account.
Permanent termination of your account.
Suspension or forfeiture of Creator Earnings associated with violating Content.
Referral to the relevant authorities, including law enforcement, where required by applicable law.

You will receive a statement of reasons and may appeal the decision via appeal@fannilla.com, as set out in the Notice and Action Policy

Note: Fannilla™ is legally required to report certain types of content (including child sexual abuse material) to the relevant national and international authorities, regardless of account status or earnings.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter Content on the Platform that you believe violates this Policy or applicable law, please report it immediately:

Via the in-platform reporting function available on each piece of Content.

Changes to this Policy

Fannilla™ reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Upload Policy. Minor amendments may be made at any time and do not require prior notice. Material amendments shall be notified to the user in writing or electronically at least 30 days before they come into effect. If a change results in a service being materially different from the original service, or detrimental to the user, a Consumer has the right to terminate the use. A Business User who does not agree may terminate before the amendment takes effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the amended Upload Policy.
